Complex delivery.
Clear direction.
Personal accountability.

How I help

Bring clarity to the work.
Keep people moving.

A delivery plan has to work for the customer and the team behind it. CP17 connects expectations, decisions, and execution so the work can be delivered efficiently and stay within scope.

01.

Before kickoff.

Clarify scope, ownership, integration dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Help the team begin with a plan everyone understands.

02.

During delivery.

Lead the engagement, coordinate customer and internal teams, and address the decisions and escalations that affect progress.

03.

Across the practice.

Strengthen customer handoffs, delivery reviews, planning, and communication so the team can work more consistently.

A focused first engagement

Let's look at
what it will take
to deliver.

The Implementation Readiness Sprint is a two-week review of one customer engagement, whether you're preparing for kickoff or need to regain clarity on work already in progress.

Fixed scope and fee agreed before work begins. Timing depends on access to the people and materials needed for review.
01

A commitment review.

What was sold, what the customer expects, and what still needs clarification.

02

A map of blockers & owners.

The dependencies, decisions, and people that need to come together.

03

A practical 30-day plan.

Priorities and milestones, with assumptions and tradeoffs made visible.

04

A direct executive readout.

Readiness, recommendations, and the next steps worth taking.

Practical judgment, earned in delivery

I've worked where
the plan gets tested.

My background spans delivery, professional services, and program management for enterprise technology companies. I've led global teams, managed complex implementations, and worked directly with executive stakeholders and customers.

At Tray.ai, I led enterprise delivery across iPaaS, automation, and AI platforms. At InvestCloud, I managed custom wealth management technology programs, including integrations and security dependencies.

I do not believe one delivery model works for every client. I start by understanding what the customer needs, then bring the right people and execution structure around the work.

Experience described reflects Monique's prior employment, not CP17 client engagements.

Better questions
before kickoff.

CP17 Delivery Brief explores how a delivery assistant could turn handoff notes into a clearer first review.

This demo uses local rules to demonstrate the proposed AI workflow. It does not call an AI model. Human review is required.
